Distracted driving is an ever growing danger on Arizona’s and our Nation’s roadway
The Arizona Distracted Driving Awareness Summit brings together citizens, law enforcement agencies, legislators & elected officials, as well as numerous other state and national organizations to focus on how we can reduce and eliminate the growing crisis of distracted driving in our communities and on our roadways.
This Annual event focuses on how we can eliminate distracted driving through education, engagement, and enforcement. Panel discussions will include corporate policies, driver education, incident research, state and municipal ordinances.
New this year will be a discussions regarding Arizona's recently passed distracted driving prohibition for new drivers and how that may impact new and old driver behaviors statewide.
The continuing theme of the Summit as in previous year will focus on three major areas: Education, Enforcement, & Engagement.
